Welcome to the Willoughby Society Image Library

There are around 1400 images in the library at present. Therefore it will usually be best to search for a a word such as a surname or keyword e.g. "cricket" to limit the number of images that are downloaded to your computer. Enter your word in the box at the top of the left-hand side bar and then click the button "submit query". Matching images will be loaded into the sidebar. To view and image just click on the thumbnail of it and it will open in this frame with additional information appearing below.

If you have a slow or dial up connection you may find the images take too long to download. If you live near Willoughby it may be possible to arrange for you to be able to view the images from an external a hard drive contact us using the feedback form if you wish to use this facility.

In some cases we have little information about the image. If you know more or identify and error please let us know using the feedback form.
