This page explains our position with regard to cookies and your privacy when visiting or using our website.
The Willoughby Jubilee Allotment Museum does not use cookies for any purpose and we do not track visitors to our site.
Third Party Cookies: The Willoughby Jubilee Allotment Museum uses one instance of a location map from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (on our Allotments page). Their privacy policy and their use of cookies can be found here.
A visitor can provide the Willoughby Jubilee Allotment Museum with personal information only by completing the Contact Us form - no information is collected on any other page. The Contact Us form carries our policy on the data provided in that form, it is repeated below.
The Contact Us web form can be used to send us comments or ask us questions. A copy of the data you provide on the form will be sent to the email address you provide. Your request will be sent to our caretaker who will either reply directly or pass it on to someone within our organisation who is better placed to respond.
We will only use the information you provide to deal with your enquiry. We will never pass your details on to another organisation. Your email address will not be kept; your incoming email and our response will be deleted once we have responded to your request.
We will not add you to our email list unless you ask us to and you should do that by entering your request in the message box. In this case, the name, email address and telephone number you provide will be retained on a database until you indicate you wish to be removed.
If you wish to be removed from our email list send us a request to do so. The simplest way is to complete the Contact Us form with the request in the comments section and be sure to provide the name and email address originally registered so that we can correctly identify you.
